    Craigslist and eBay are your best bets. I don't recommend spending over $150, because you WILL be able to get one for that much, if not less. My suggestion for eBay is to get an Alltel PPC-6700. For one reason or another, they're about $50 cheaper. Here's a good search to type into the eBay...
