    And it took 4 months for the US NAM version to get v5 after it initially dropped. And to have them break crap like the menu shortcuts going to v3 is just inexcusable. I'm taking a break from Nokia until they get their **** together.

    The green button will send the message at any time, assuming you have a recipient. I haven't tested whether it will send a blank message, but if you hit the green button and don't have a recipient, it dumps you to your address book. Regarding the text entry area, I don't think this will happen...
