Actually, what I have sounds alot like what you describe. When I move my right arm across my chest to my left is when it hurts the most. And it does have a sort of "pinching" feeling too, like it is a tendon being pinched. Nothing in the bicep area though.

u mean for the news server? most isp news servers dont need a pass. as long as they offer a server, u cant just connect to the server?. u might want to email / phone your isp customer service to find out the news server details. hope this helped
