Yeah having zoom at best fit is the best option. Although if you are blowing up from 320x240, you might want to set it to 3x2 instead, as "best fit" would only blow it up using 3x4. (Best fit is basically the biggest zoom, without losing any pixels. 320x240 at 3x2 zoom would lose a few pixels...
