I'm only posting my opinion. That's all. I think I was pretty fair. Trust me I gave this phone the benefit of the doubt and I think the overall impression of this review is positive. And IMHO I think the Treo is still the "one handed" ruler. I'm getting a P50 today, that might sway me.

This is funny, I actually have a equalizer setting called soft on my phone, where I lowered all the bands so it would be quieter. That's using the stock stereo headset. In somewhat loud areas I use regular profile at about 40-60%.

I was just using Starbucks as an example, not the main subject. There are plenty of open hotspots in Toronto (where I am) so I am just refering in general to that situation.
