Now that Cingular has launched the 8525, there aren't any phones that use US 3G that are not available through Cingular. Unbranded, you could get an HTC TyTn, it's basically the unbranded 8525. Any other 3G phone, if you can't buy it from Cingular, it won't work on their network.
