I think the industry has gotten more adult friendly with a lot more shows that are written for both kids and adults to enjoy.

well as this isn't a network fantasy thread i won't go into detail but let's just say if i had so much power that more than one network was under my control (i.e Murdoch type power) i'd make a few changes. Of course legal restrictions etc would mean this would have to be not only monetary power...

All the old Treehouses of Horror were scary to me not Nightmarish but like scary after-thoughts that would always linger. Like when I first saw Homer 3D I was terrified nobody saved him and he went into the real world (Which also scared me when he was there).
