I second all of the suggestions although I didn't particularly enjoy The Green Mile. What's Eating Gilbert Grape is an excellent movie that no one talks about anymore; I think you'd enjoy that. xx

Both me and the wife love this film. I think a lot of it's affect is because it's set in the eighties (being an 80s child myself) so it's the "little" things I find funny: Glenn in his DeLorean and the sound of the Miami Vice music when he opens the door; seeing Billy Idol !; cousin Sammy...

This is my most anticipated film of the year, along with Slither. It's going to be fantastic! It's got to be the best title ever. Anyone, who hasn't got their T Shirt yet, should get one. They're brilliant. It's going to be huge, I can feel it.

I too think there's too many Brit Gangster movies. I did see Layer Cake for the first time the other day however, and I thought it was pretty good.

Totally agree. House of 1000 Corpses is tremendous fun, with a great monster and some genuinely scary moments. Devil's Rejects has some scary moments too, but not in the same way. It's a nasty, vile experience, which I'm sure fans delight in but for me it had too many steps too far. It's not...

Yeah, me too. I try and watch a film most days if I can...even if I've seen it a thousand times before. (Helped even more by my Unlimited card now) I much prefer watching films to a series. I can never be bothered to devote ages watching a single thing, to get to the same outcome... Eg' '24'...

Maybe it's just me but I always preferred Scream 3 over Scream 2. :confused:
