Android doesn't have an *official* support forum or similar (they do have an official bug tracker though), but they do consistently reply to problems in the Android Google Group -- so I'd say that's the best way to go. There's very few times where I couldn't find what I needed.

I literally just read this article. Android Central does a good job at publishing original articles I subscribe to their RSS feed because they are usually on top of their game and do not just mimic Engadget and other top tech blogs.
