Something that you might want to consider is Mini-Keyboard 1.15...it's an onscreen keyboard done in software. When in landscape mode it pretty much is a qwerty keyboard, big enough to type with your fingers or thumbs if your fingers aren't too big. You can try it for free to see if you like it...
