    Guilty Pleasures...

    I have to hide my musical tastes from people on the outside world. My roommate once made fun of me for listening to Johnny Cash when he listens to shite like OAR, Dispatch, and Drab.

    Isobel Campbell/Mark Lanegan - Hawk (4/5) {2010}

    That's an interesting perspective on the Lanegan/Campbell team. I've always been a big fan of Isobel's music. On the other hand, Lanegan alway struck me as one of the rock and roll lifestyle's walking wounded, which made his musical relationship with Isobel a bit odd. I have noticed that on...

    This Song Vs That song Part V.

    I had to go with the Stones on this one. Typically Akasha-type music(what's that...jazz? neo-soul?) would be right there for me, but I wasn't feeling this one. I won't deny it's beautiful, but I listened to it 4 times, and the Rolling Stones version once, and I still have to go with the latter.

    How many songs do you have in your ipod/computer/mp3 player?

    Thats why I never trust the company. They seem to figure small low quality 128's so they can hike it up. Not to mention a 4 Gig MP3 is actually 3.7ish because of the software and used space. So there goes a few more songs from what they said.

    Religious freedom

    As a counter, jito and Matthew - when with the indians, do as the indians do... Sometimes it's better to know your surroundings before moving in or becoming a part of a community. With that said, though, I agree with Jito: No one should force their religion down your throat. Everyone smirks at...
