    i like the names but your tank is severely over stocked you have 200gallons or so of gold fish cold water fish (under 70) with a few tropical fish (over 75 degrees)....these fish should never be in the same tank....and for sure not 6 gold fish in a 10 gallon..... the gold fish are not fine in...

    Chinese algae eater are my favorit by far but you need to keep in mind that some can become aggressive after a few years so you may need to replace them after three or so years

    there really is no cheap fish that are cold water but gold fish and none that should be in such a small tank...your best bet is to get a cheap heater and start a tropical tank...with mollies or swordtails or maybe guppies

    where did you get that from...it not true.....there are bactria that use nitrates as food but they are anaerobic thats one of the reasons why live rock is used in saltwater....so most fresh water tank have very little unless there is wood...but by no means does it plateau....

    do more long slower cardio...NOT EATING is only going to give you future heath problems...including Heart liver and Kidney problems...start eating again...about 1600....

    No way can you get angels they get well over 6in...tiger barbs are also bad unless you get 6 or more and that will overstock that size tank.... if you want get a dwarf puffer...and get rid of something.... dwarf puffer only get a little over inch to 1.5inchs..... if you want a cichlid there...
