I had workshop look between 033D:0000 and 033F:0000 and it found the code every time (10 phones) but mine were all new out of the box. You may try entering "#### end" on the phone keypad before looking for the code. Not sure if this is releveant on this model, but it helps on older sanyo's.

All of a sudden files that I used to be able to send to other phones I am being told that they are too large to send. I have a few ringtones that are over 200k and I was able to send them before but now I cant. Also, it seems like emails I send to myself w/ audio attachments I never receive...
