anyone read the book? For me its the best Bond book I have read, simple and unlike all the other Bond books. The only thing is that in the trailers they have added lots of explosions, stunts and probably gadgets that are not in the book. I just hope that the 'hollywood' treatment on this book...

It's a good film but there is a cheesy bit towarRAB the end when Bacon's character is while the camera pans around him to some music that doesn't go well with it imo... but apart from that, good film, the car park sequence is excellent.

I haven't seen a UK release date anywhere! The IMDB has a date for everywhere in the world except the UK and I haven't so much as seen a hint of a date anywhere else. What have seen though, are plenty of great reviews, including this one...

There has been a lot of talk recently about a sequel from the original films makers. They even tried to do a sequel shortly after the original but I believe Steven Speilberg was behind it not being made. I actually thought I had read somewhere recently that a sequel was in the pre-production...

Yes I would say it is worth watching. Even if it is a bit on the long side at 2 and 1/2 hours(actually it does zip along for the most part). Part of the problem for a lot of films nowadays is the media hype (greatest film ever TM - how many times have we heard that one?). Inception I suppose...
