I don't get the St. Anger hate, I didn't care for it much but after watching Some Kinda Monster I listened to it again. Really it wasn't that bad of an album, listen to it for what it is not what it isn't. Its pretty enjoyable

Hope you enjoy it, since you wanted to check out jazz I figured it was a pretty good pick; it might be best to try something a little atypical of the whole genre (just to show more of a range than the expected sound) and I wanted something that wasn't a really obvious classic you hear about...

I feel the same, certainly some great songs (got to love Corona) but there's too many ideas and in the end it feels gimmicky. I still respect them though and i'm long overdue getting some more of their albums.
