Dang...even with the switch I get very few Gromacs...it's killing me here. My last Gromac was on Friday I think...since then nothing but little, slow, 400 sized WUs. They take forever....

Do what I do. I cram everything into five days. No matter what. Then I have two days, normally friday and saturday where I do nothing. It really helps. The only bitch is the first two weeks, its hard to get back on track on Sunday. But hell it works for me. Sometimes I just have to stop and tell...
