Yes dammit you're right. Unless you are making an epic which necessarily should be longer than the average film (ie Spartacus, The Godfather Part II, Lord of the Rings etc) then a film shouldn't be longer than 100 minutes at the most. I think ideally a film should be 90 minutes long. After that...

The R18 certificate is given to hardcore porn films which are designed to sexually arouse the viewer. Although I haven't seen Teeth, from what I've read about it it doesn't sexually arouse viewers; therefore, the R18 certificate isn't appropriate.
