I thought this film was FANTASTIC. I loved every minute of it. At one point i was in desperate need of going to the little girls room - but i didnt want to leave the TV for one second. I would give this 9/10. Its a great film.

I tottally concur with that view!...the main critisism of the film adaption is the over long heaven scenes to the depriment of the main story ...at 135 mins PJ could have added another 15 minutes or so to include more of the books story and in Rachael Weisz her screen role is limited...mind...

One can actually be overly fit and have that affect heart rate and blood pressure in a negative way. If exercising and diet aren't helping blood pressure make sure there's not another factor to it. Hereditary problems with blood pressure, hormone problems, blood sugar, etc.

I think I've read somewhere that Ian Fleming's original choice of actor to play Bond was Cary Grant or Noel Coward or was this the producer's choice? Cary Grant apparently was eager to sign up for 1 Bond film but said he wouldn't stay with the franchise and I think Noel Coward turned down the role.
