I'm at college studying Film Studies, and we are currently doing a module on Independant Cinema which I'm finding quite interesting. I don't particularly like watching the films, but I enjoy the theory surrounding it.

What annoys me about films made in the uk in recent years is that they are classed as "Brit films" as if genre is unimportant simply because it was made in the UK. For example, Lock Stock isn't seen as a Gangster film, no no. It's a BRIT FILM! The Full Monty isn't a comedy/drama based around...

I'm a big van damme fan and i love most of his films, watched his new films The Hard Corps, Second in Command and thought they were pretty good, Van Damme fans should like them, not oscar winners but typical action flicks My favourite films are BlooRABport, in Hell, Kickboxer, Lionhart...

I only got around to watching this today. Good start,boring middle and an ok end to it. It could have done with having 30 mins cut from it mainly the middle bit with the library etc. I am amazed that the original cut was 3 hours long though!
