I preferred part 1, as it is themed around martial arts style genre, which I love. Not a big fan of the western genre which is what part 2 resembles, but still it's a great movie too. Plus part 1 has Lucy Liu & Chiaki Kuriyama. O-ren Ishii is my favorite character in the movie, as well as Gogo...
