The only way would be less than honorably. He should have thought this through before he enlisted. He is now property of the US government so he should deal with it. If he sucks it up and performs his service he will come out a better man, and you will both be better off for it in the long run.

As a single dad myself of a 15 year old daughter I say it should be up to you. You are old enough to decide for yourself. You may not want to totally shut him out though. Dad's are good for some things. Let him know how you feel about his lifestyle.
