I thought it was shite and I normally enjoy these kind of films. I wish Foxx would stop mumbling, I had to put the subtitles on it was so bad in places.

Lost in Translation had its charms. I bloody hated the star wars films, and thought kill bill 2 was a huge pile of ass as well. All terribly overrated.

I don't think the film has been overhyped at all. The hype has been about Rourke's performance and quite rightly so. The majority of the reviews I have read have mentioned flaws with the movie but saying Rourke's performance elevated it. Personally I loved it! What a performance from Rourke...

Its my favorite film of all time. I personally don't understand why somebody would not like the film, IMO opinion it always comes down to "they didn't get it". I had to watch it 3 times before I understood it, then the Directors cut was even more compelling. Good its back on, I missed it :)

Interesting that you mentioned Take That. Whilst in HMV I was looking to see what music/concerts were on Blu Ray and found just one title. Lou Reed. Do you know if there are many Blu Ray music titles available or haven't they bothered realeasing much on that format?
