The Long Good Friday and Scum are not under-rated, they are acknowledged as genuine classics of British cinema. ID is rubbish, although it does have some camp value. It doesn't belong on any list with your other two choices. It's not in the same league.

The thing about the Pirates movies is that they're based on an amusement ride whereas LOTR was based on an established series of books based on a detailed universe. Pirates didn't really justify more than one sequel and the story of 2 and 3 could easily have been contained in one film IMO.

When i download clips from radio shows(Howard Stern, Imus, Opie and Anthony, etc.) I am unable to hear the audio most of the time. The voices are really slow and drawn out like playing a record on the wrong speed. Any suggestions on how i am able to hear these radio clips better? Thanks

I'm really intrigued about this one. It actually looked quite decent from the trailer, and I was initially really against a remake for this film. I think it could be good, though.
