i think you need the code before you reset your memory...not after..and if you don't remember the code try talking to someone that has the software to reset the phone, they usualy have it in any gsm service..

you should have copyed teh contacts on a sim...but now, the only thing i can recomend is useing an explorer like FExplorer and just see where are the contact files placed on another 6600 and then copy yours in the exact same location on your phone memory...

i have a problem with my 6600, i personaly think it's a symbian virus cuz it appeared right after i installed some software on it.. the problem is with the message reports...sometimes i recieve regular reports(a window appears for 3 seconds and with no sound), but most of the times it rings as...

by the way, this method guarantees an excelent sound quality...to bad the 6600 doesen't have a better speaker or "sound card" :D because there would be no limit to what we could to with it ;)

hate to tell you this, but i don't think you will ever make your 6610i to play mp3's...that feature is possibile on symbian phones like 6600...mp3 players are made only for them...

neah..bad ideea, try downloading Ultra MP3 pro for symbian, and install it on your 6600, then use a simple audio recorder or converter to compress the mp3 files to 64kbps mono...because you won't need stereo anyway ;)...and i hope you have a bluetooth port,irda port or a card reader to transfer...

yes there actually is, but i dont know if it has been launched, and if it hasnt been it means that the diferences you've seen might be because on the internet you've only seen the prototype..

well...i think all symbian phone are the best..but i like 6600 the most... The best thing about symbian is that you can find the crazyest apps for it..i've just downloaded a few new ones from http://symbianapplications.net/ and i've just made my 6600 a smarter smart phone :D

you can also sent it via bluetooth or irda to your phone and install it just like any normal sis program or game ;)
