Uhh, not really. Some people don't like to wear hats for long periods of time for various reasons. I think it's totally ok to wear them in photos. Why not? Spice it up a bit, no one likes boring pictures. BUT, I do agree with you on levels. Such as, girls wearing gangster hats and flat bills...
