I think the issue is spectrum. Cricket only holRAB 10 MHz PCS C-block throughout central TX, and I know tons of people who have signed up with and/or switched to Cricket. All that usage has got to put a strain on the network. Unfortunately there's not a whole lot that can be done about it...

I am in Arizona. Almost everyday we get MMS complaints from Cricket customers. It is an issue in their network. I know local employees that do not guarantee MMS will work all of the time even if the phone was bought new directly from Cricket.
