my creak went away then came back. How i dont know. So i took it back and my new one is going on a few days now squeak free. In fact the screen feels more solid when closed...when open it has a slight wobble. But its better than creeking. I think the nub that people are shaving off actually...

Sometimes the screen isnt the most important thing. From handling my friends 8gb ME it's one sexy phone imo and you easily forget its pixelated shortcomings.

I found that after I updated to the latest firmware it's happening a lot more than it used to. The browser will just shut down for no reason.
