Yeah thats one of the best films I have seen. I also loved Spike Lee's Crooklyn. A young girl loses her mum to cancer, not really a coming of age film, but still a great watch.

The first film I remember seeing at the cinema was " Labyrinth" (1986 ish?). I can have only been 4 at the time :eek: I'm sure I remember finding David Bowie quite scary :D

The English critics seem to have given the film a better response that the yanks. A couple of people I know have seen it and say its good for what it is a big budget blockbuster.
