i dont know what you're exactly pointing at but my guess is you see lots of posts for same releases and dont know which one to download in that case there is no such a thing as "best thing" their all same.

Just a thought, could it be Fibromyalgia? I used to get really hot feet and tingling not only in my feet, but my arms, when I went to bed, turns out I do have Fibromyalgia, I am taking Lyrica and Cymbalta and I do not have those things any longer. Sunny
