    Do car window tint laws apply only to vehicles registered in a state, or to all cars...

    ...driven in that state? I live in Maine where you can have tinted front side windows, but in New Hampshire you can't. If I get those windows tinted and drive in NH, can I be pulled over/given a ticket for it?
