Are you sure? From what I've read on here and on another forum, you can use NSS to change the product code and then use NSU to update to the current firmware. I thought you can flash to the current f/w with either Phoenix or Diego if you have the f/w exe. file.

....I've been into 3 Cingular retail stores in the D.C. Metro area and no one in the store had heard of the N75. In fact, 2 out of the 3 stores didnt realize their E62 was the watered down version of the E61....in fact, they didnt even realize their was an E61 so I have little faith in Cingular...
