I've had my TX a year with no significant problems. Multiple hotsyncs in past year without issue. Today when I try to hotsync the unit does a soft reset instead of syncing. Settings are all fine. My wife's TX syncs fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!

try settings >applications> menu >filter >all> find Google search > clear cache

Everything is completely cleared out. I've listened to all my messages, and deleted them all. I don't even have any saved messages. The lady just comes on and starts talking about 'mailbox options'.
