I hate to say it (because I really think this will be a nice phone), but I think the lack of HSDPA might make Cingular pass on it. Since they discontinued the Samsung ZX-10 and LG CU320, all the 3G models that they have released are HSDPA. There was talk of an OS 9.2 (HSDPA) version of this...
