We don't know if they rejected it for sure. But Adult Swim isn't a network known for producing big budget animated fare which I would assume Kricfalusi would want for his series, unless he is taking his flash animation to television.

I really want to hate this for DW ripping off Pixar designs...but... Stephen Colbert as the President? That's the most inspired casting I've heard for a parody in a good, long while. If anything, I expect the jokes and casting to be more inspired than for ____ Movie.
