i think for 48gb your only choice might be an N97 with a 16gb micro sd (plus the 32gb internal memory). And i'm pretty sure it meets the other requirements, not sure on the google calendar though.

Followed nodakawa's instructions yesterday, worked like a charm. Phone is fully debranded. I can confirm that helloox does not work on this firmware. According to app manager the version I tried was '2.00 (3)' . It just sits at 'unpacking files' and never completes.
