When the first two Saw movies were on 4 I don't think they were cut at all, as far as I can remember (I'd seen them on DVD about a month earlier). Channel 4 might cut The Simpsons at 6pm but I believe that they show movies uncut, just shift them to a later timeslot if they're gory.
