reduce the hash priority if you can in preferences. 20Gb depending on your memory and processor can take a while. Leave it for half hour and it should be done by then. Of course depending on priority setting this might be affected.

Just because. Apart from the fact we know the book is set in the 90's there is nothing in the novels to suggest it is really, i guess it could be set anytime really (as in the past few decades or the next couple of decades). It wouldn't make sense to set the movies in the 90's.
