I was suprised no one had mentioned him until you did. :p I would add some that haven't already been mentioned - Satan from 'The Exorcist' Jaws (well not a typical villain but my God what a scary creature!) The Thing Chucky The Reaper from 'Jeepers Creepers' (he scared me :o)
