Did you flush your cooling system with cleaner besides just replacing the water lost? If not, try that. The hear blowing throught the defrost sounds like a vent issue, i would start with the vaccum lines for the sytem

you overcranked them, if that is the only thing you did, you need to go baqck and loosen em up

yeah auto zone will read and clear them. You shouldnt just clear them though, you could have a serious issue
