I finally saw it properly over the weekend and I was all ready to dislike it, expected all the stuff with the little girl would be horribly sickly. She asks him to sing a lullaby, doesn't know any and sings a Beach Boys song instead. That's it really. The rest of it is pretty damn dark really...
