I recently picked up the brilliant but rare short movie Whistle and Ill come to you. Its a creepy black and white ghost story, there is something very unnerving about it.

I saw this on BBC1 today for the first time. I really enjoyed it and thought Michael J Fox was adorable! But now after watching it I realise I am quite confused about some of it and wondered if anyone else saw it or knew what happened at the end.

I have mixed feelings about a remake. There is a lot of room for improvement, especially with those slow fight scenes, but then again the clunky robots and 70s cheese are part of its odd charm....
