The film has been out on R2 for several years. The Japanese love the film and I have the Jap R2 special edition which has an introductory letter (in English) from David Puttnam aswell as the tv version of the movie as a bonus feature and a greeting card:confused: Lovely 16:9 restored print...

I saw it. I gave it * 1/2 stars based mostly on atmosphere and the acting of the lead character. Other than that, it's pretty awful.
