depends on what ur looking for. if u a want a more practical phone i suggest the k750 or the s710. if u want a smartphone-type, then i'd go for the p910
Well, for the unlock code you could probably just call the company u bought it from. They will have the code u need to unlock it. As for the programs, i have no clue, but i will look for some info on em for ya
pretty much i've seen anywhere between those two numbers that u listed. I'd look into the site selling it for 250 to make sure it isnt a scam site, but if it comes up clear, i'd go for it
i wouldn't suggest attempting this on your own. Your best bet is to find a phone shop near you that can flash phones. This basically resets the firmware on the phone and erases all the items from the carrier
is the phone water damaged? if you have insurance or are still under warranty, i'd suggest taking the phone to be looked at by SE or your service provider
it depends on your service provider. if you're with cingular/att make sure to get a phone with both 850 and 1900 mhz bands. if you're on tmobile, as long as the phone has a 1900 mhz band, it will work
the phone is GSM 850/1900/1800. i assume you live in the US so T-Mobile and Cingular are your most likely carriers. Your phone uses sim cards so whatever carrier you choose has to use sims. and you wont be able to use the push-to-talk(PTT) on either network at this time.
Make sure your service provider has a system for video calls. Also make sure the phone uses the right 3G band for your country, otherwise you won't be able to use the video.
Well as of right now, Garmin has not worked out whether the N96 is supported, however they are working on it. These are a couple things I found that might work.

This is supposed to be the updated version...
