I beg to differ, more than half of his vocals on Whoracle were the same as on The Jester Race. And his Jester Race vocals were quite good for the style, very full and deep.
Negima!? is an absolute Abomination. Do not Buy it. Negima! (the manga) is an ecchi shonen action with a plot. The first (admittedly weak) anime series (Negima!) shares those properties with the manga. The second series (Negima!?) does not. The Second series is random joke / reference fest...

Music can and does make the anime. For instance, take Hikaru No Go. It's an anime about a board game. By all logic, it should be boring as hell. But, the music manages to make something as boring as a board game exciting and dramatic.
And now only the dedicated teenage and adult fans remain for the long-haul.
