I hope so too, but let's keep in mind he didn't actually WORK in the Power Plant this episode. He just kinda... went there. ...well, at least it wasn't just to get fired again.

Animated Tornado/Whirlwind Outbreak..(Or Animated shows with Tornadoes in them).

Then there's this one Show that Tonka Toys helped produce called Rescue Heroes (Remember that one?) well in Episode 4 (Which is called Twister), one of the heroes by the name of Rocky Canyon, is desperate to protect a hot rod which has sentimental value from the devastation of the twister...

"Villainous" characters who shouldn't have been

Let's not forget Pierce Thorndyke III and Bianca Dupree form The Beverly Hills Teens; no matter how crafty they were, no matter what stuff they did to their fellow BHTs, I can't help but feel sorry for them; they do have their kinder side on rare occasions, if any. And though they're only doing...

Seth says it's time for a Family Guy big screen adventure

Reading through this thread, I think I might as well widely reveal a project I've been working on in secret for a while now. Through a series of connections that I have (my uncle knows a few people on the "Family Guy" staff, including Seth MacFarlane himself), I've begun to seriously work on...

Characters you know that have gotten so full of themselves?

Geoff in Total Drama Action, when he hosted the Aftermath with Bridgette. The success of being an talk-show animator was too much for his ego until Bridgette and the others ties him to the electric chair and Geoff see the light.

South Park "Crack Baby Athletic Association" Talkback (Spoilers)

I actually enjoyed this episode. The jabs at EA were new to me, since I don't play sports games (and don't like sports in general). Also college and high school sports teams are put into a whole new light now. I never noticed how they don't get paid.

Movie Transfer To The Palm Tx?

I bought my Palm TX without realising that it could handle movie playback! Nice surprise. Thing is, I cant find where it states the movie format/compression type it is playing, as in, MPEG 4, DIVX, etc. I have some of my own DVD movies already converted on both my Apple MAC and on my PC, these...

When does filler kill a series?

Agreed, they're written fundamentally different. When anime gets a remake, it's usually to do a more proper adaption where the first series usually diverged at some point. Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood and the new Kenshin series, for example. X-Men and Batman get a new cartoon every few...

Happy endings vs. Sad vs. Bittersweet

I prefer... Neither. I prefer open-ended, where the viewer can decide what happens in their own mind

New revolutionary FREE media player is out!!

mov, avi, mp4 etc are containers that hold the encoded sound and vision. The codec is unlikley to be supported imho but you could try asking on the corecodec tcpmp...

Family Guy - "Baby, You Knock Me Out" - Talkback [11/14]

Awesome/hilarious episode and my top favorite, The highlights: Just like they did the episode with Lois doing martial arts/karate, sweet. Peter being excited for his birthday was funny. Peter not inviting Meg was funny, the Meg-bashing moments get more funnier by the minute, hehehe...

Why do we watch animated shows aimed for children?

If you like animation, and a children's cartoon is good, you'll watch it. It shouldn't matter who its aimed at if you like it. And of course some cartoons have humor that goes over a kid's head for the parents, unless you mean cartoons that made solely for kids excluding those jokes.

Moving calendar items from 'my calendar' to google calendar

I think you'd have to set them one at a time to be a Google entry. Does it really matter that much if they're synched with Google? The entry on the phone will behave the same either way. Most people just have Google for a backup, and occasionally as a slightly easier way to create calendar entries.
