    foreign phone hmm.... 703SHf? can't recieve MMS (but can send) and internet is useable on it. if price isnt an issue, an unlocked Sharp 903 / Vodafone 903SH by Sharp / Sharp SX833 may fit the bill also, with it's 3.2 mpx camera.
