One morning i woke up and checked my phone and the Verizon Wireless banner was missing. It's still like that now. I'm not in roaming or anything. I tried turning off and on the phone and dialing *228 for updates. no luck. whats going on?

I just got a program called Ringfactory where you can make and send your own ringtones to your phone via pix/flix message. And when I got the message it would only let me save it as a sound and not a ringtone. My cell is a Motorola W755, my carrier is Verizon. The song plays but I just can't...
