    New 007 - Daniel Craig

i really really hope its not going to be Daniel Craig, in fact im glad its not Pierce Brosnan (as much as i thought he was good) because its supposed to be taking a more gritty direction. clive owen would have been excellent

Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith DVD

It's the same old story with most of the hollywood stars, or well known actors anyway. They all think It's a competition on who can produce the best performance on screen, and because of this, they all end up looking like a bunch of over acting wanabees. They should concentrate on just relaxing...

    Ghost town

Have to say I think this looks pretty good. There's a wave of negativity around it, because I think Gervais is someone people love to hate, but the film itself looks good enough to go see at the flicks. I quite like Ricky Gervais in spite of myself. I loved the Office, and Extras had some...

Martin Scorsese's The Departed. Who wants to see this.

*sceptical eyebrow* I'm not so sure, to be honest. His last good film is 'Casino', which was made in 1995, but even then there are cracks in this film. I think he's jumped the shark.

    A Better Name Game.

See 00tommo's post, #143 XxNaOmIxX. The next film should start with 'Days'

    foggy head, vertigo?

It could be fluid in the ear caused by allergies from the grass. I had an inner ear virus years ago that caused vertigo and I was given motion sickness pills  Anyway, it went away after a couple weeks. Since your husband has had all kinds of tests, I wouldn't worry too much. Anxiety...

    Gremlins Film

Saw the first Gremlins film again on TV for the first time in over ten years. It was a massive film in it's time and I remember thinking it was very good. Watched it again,...and it hasn't dated well at all. I don't know why, but this time it seemed like a really bad film.

I cant stand watching animals get harmed in films

I hate this as well :( I saw a film a few years ago; 'My Dog Skip'... When Skip passed away at the end, I just wanted to burst - was just so so sad! Hence, I've never watched this film again, and I never will!

    Anyone know the film?

Its been bothering me for years. I remember watching a film when I was a kid. It involves a couple of people and they had the metal oval shaped thing that had lots of different coloured lights on it and it played a tune. Was set in a city that was been evacuated and everyone was looting the...

    Avatar Day 21st August!

LOL! It just looks like a decently rendered game cutscene to me. No more no less. And for that reason I can't see it appealing to people who aren't gamers, sci-fi fans or aged under 13. The studio will have to cross its fingers and hope for repeat viewings to recoup that big ol budget.

LoveFilm are getting on my t*ts

I agree.... just trying to see it fro the other side. The website quotes a 5 day time limit on returned discs, so the way they COULD see it would be that in the past they have beathen this service level but at the moment are just sticking to it. On a personal level, this has not stopped me...

king of comedy-anyone else think it is an underrated film

I haven't seen it for a number of years, but even as a less-discerning teenager I recognised it to be a clever, mature, and psychologically uncomfortable film, and one which was far more subtle than Scorcese's usual, more lauded efforts.
