    Motorola v635 might be a decent option. There's also an LG Triband model with front audio controls. I can't remember the model number, and have never used it since it's missing the US 850 band. But I've seen lots of them on eBay.

    just received seido 2600mah battery

    i don't think 1/8 bigger than an original cell makes it a brick, but to each his own. i'm all about horsepower, not impressing people. but to each his own. it actually feels good in the hand. doesn't feel awkward at all. then again, i'm used to the thickness of the 8525.
