I wouldn't mind if "One Piece" was edited to Y7, it could work and still be close enough to the Japanese version. I think "One Piece" would work best on Nicktoons Network rather than the parent channel, it might be able to get TV-PG since Glenn Martin D.D.S. has aired on Nicktoons.

Don Lettes is a DJ who still works to this day promoting both Punk and Reggae. He his also a film maker who was possibly the biggest Clash fan at the time even though his skin colour suggested otherwise. He is an important link in promoting 2 underground sounRAB and still never selling out.
